Shipping & Returns Policy

At Dr. Raja’s Ayurveda Hospital, we are committed to the quality of our Ayurvedic treatments and products. To maintain hygiene and safety standards, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Scope of Policy

  • Consultations & Services: Fees for online or in-person consultations are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • Medicines & Products: This policy applies to physical products/medicines shipped to your address.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • 3-Day Window: You must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Unopened Condition: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To claim a refund for damage, leakage, or incorrect items, a clear video of the package being opened for the first time is required.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order confirmation must be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products with broken safety seals or opened packaging.

  • Perishable items or custom-formulated medicines.

  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or via Gift Cards.

  • Returns requested due to a change of mind or lack of interest.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Send your request and unboxing video to rajaayurvedhics@gmail.com.

  2. Approval: Please wait for an authorization email from our team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping Costs: * If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange a pickup.

    • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
